Function venues
Centennial Parklands offers three distinctive venues for private celebrations, corporate functions, workshops and other special occasions. Choose a flexible indoor and outdoor venue at the Discovery Centre, or create a larger event from the ground up at Brazilian Fields or Church Grounds.
How to submit a function proposal
Step 1. Choose a venue
Review the 3 function venues and select your preferred location. You can also nominate a second option in your proposal.
Step 2. Plan your booking
Prepare the main details of your proposal, including:
- preferred dates
- event and site-occupation times
- expected attendance
- food and alcohol arrangements
- amplified sound
- structures and infrastructure
- vehicle and supplier access
Step 3. Review the fees
Review the venue hire fees and other potential charges before submitting your proposal.
Step 4. Submit your proposal
Complete the function proposal form and provide the required supporting information.
