For schools

Greater Sydney Parklands offers outdoor learning experiences for children of all ages and provides resources for schools and educators.

Schools program

We believe every child should have the opportunity to learn outdoors.

Our school programs provide a learning experience far removed from the usual classroom. We offer hands-on learning and immersive opportunities that can make a positive impact on a learner for years to come.

The diverse landscapes of the Greater Sydney Parklands estate provide the perfect location to experience ‘hands-on nature’ and conduct fieldwork. Our sessions are full of fun activities that aim to include all learning styles, and they provide excellent value for both the students and teachers.

We also offer accredited professional development for teachers and educators to give you the skills and confidence to incorporate nature-based learning in your lessons.
