Greater Sydney Parklands (GSP) recently offered Callan Park’s Building 512, known as the Cane Room, to market for a leasing opportunity. The building is well-located near the Bay Run and adjoins the revitalised Waterfront Green area.
GSP received expressions of interest from 20 parties via email and inspection attendance, however no formal submissions to occupy the site were received by the closing date.
We will continue to investigate options to activate this well-located building for the community.
