Moore Park South's public golf precinct will continue to operate during the transformation of the new parkland.

Moore Park Golf

Moore Park Golf remains an important part of Moore Park South, offering public golf close to Sydney’s CBD and surrounding neighbourhoods. 

A new 12-hole public course is being designed in collaboration with a respected golf architect as part of the broader Moore Park South transformation, which will deliver new parkland, community sport and recreation facilities alongside the golf precinct. 

The future golf offer will include:

  • a high-quality 12-hole public golf course
  • an expanded driving range with up to 90 bays  
  • an 18-hole mini golf course
  • putting and chipping greens.

Interim golf course  

Golf will continue at Moore Park South throughout the parkland transformation, with a minimum 9-hole golf offering available for play at all stages. The clubhouse and driving range will also remain open. 

As of 1 July 2026, the first 10 holes of the course are available to play. 

Pro Shop staff can provide guidance when you arrive and please follow onsite signs and staff directions, as access and course arrangements may change while works are underway.
