Enjoy your next outdoor celebration in one of our beautiful picnic shelters! Bookings are available 3 days to 3 months in advance and align with park opening hours. 

The Weebil Shelter, located in Plough and Harrow West, offers a spacious and versatile venue for hosting small to medium-sized events. Its convenient amenities and peaceful surroundings make it perfect for birthdays, picnics, and family outings.

This shelter accommodates up to 50 guests, including seating for 30. A public BBQ is conveniently located at the site and restrooms are only 85 metres away. Its combination of shade and open space ensures a comfortable and enjoyable event.

Situated in Plough and Harrow West , the Weebil Shelter is surrounded by open spaces and lush greenery. Its accessible location makes it a favourite among visitors for group gatherings and celebrations.

Private site hire: This tier offers affordable rates for individuals and community groups looking to utilise our sites.  

School site hire: Designed specifically for primary and secondary educational institutions, this tier provides pricing for schools and educational programs. 

Corporate site hire: This premium tier caters to businesses and corporations, offering a complementary team-building permit and add-on for functions and corporate gatherings.    

• Bringing outside service providers like food vans, soft play or animal displays? These add-ons need prior approval and are only permitted at Acacia shelter at Lizard Log and Bung shelter at Bungarribee Park. Applications must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. • Electric barbecues in the park are for public use and are not included in your booking.
• Portable barbecues with legs are allowed (except during total fire bans), but coals and waste must be taken with you.
• Heat bead and charcoal barbecues are prohibited in Plough and Harrow. 

Cancellation Policy: 

• Cancellations can be made up to 5 days before the date of your booking. We will deduct a $70 administration fee and refund the rest of your hire fee.
• No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within 5 days of the date of your booking.
