Sydney’s newest major running event, the Parramatta Half Marathon, will see 8,000 runners taking on a 21km course through the heart of Parramatta, including World Heritage-listed Parramatta Park, on Sunday 21 June 2026.

Road closures
Some roads will be closed from 3am on event day. Please check the road closure map and transport page for information about getting around Parramatta on the day.

Parramatta Park will be closed to vehicles and cyclists until 11am on event day. The park will reopen at 11am from Queens Road gate.
