NOTICE OF A PROPOSED LICENCE TO ENDEMOL SHINE AUSTRALIA FOR USE OF A PART OF CALLAN PARK

Proposed licence of Building 17/Precinct Two Kirkbride at Callan Park to Endemol Shine Australia

Pursuant to section 6(6) of the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 (NSW) (the Act) notice is given of a proposal to licence Building 17/Precinct Two Kirkbride in Callan Park.

As the consent authority, the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces would like to consider any written comments regarding the proposed licence in accordance with section 6 of the Act.

The main terms of the proposed licence are as follows:
•    The licence is for production accommodation wholly within Kirkbride (Precinct Two). Building 17 is requested.
•    The licence will be issued by the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust. The licence agreement is between Health Administration Corporation and Endemol Shine Australia.
•    A licence fee is agreed between the parties, and revenue generated will be invested into Kirkbride for ongoing and essential maintenance, compliance and projects works.
•    The applicant will occupy the site for between June and October 2025.
