Notice of the minister’s decision to grant consent for a licence  To esa productions 9 pty ltd for building 30 in precinct two kirkbride in Callan Park 

Proposed lease of Part of Building 501/Precinct Four at Callan Park to Construction Industry Drug & Alcohol Foundation (CIDAF)

Pursuant to section 6(6) of the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 (NSW) (the Act) the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces provides notice that consent has been granted to a licence of Building 30, Precinct Two Kirkbride in Callan Park to ESA Productions 9 Pty Ltd.

 

The Licence is approved for the following reasons:

 

  • HAC, the landowner, has requested that the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure through Greater Sydney Parklands facilitate the licence

  • Notice has been publicly advertised in accordance with Section 6(6) and 6(6A) of the Act

  • The advertisement received no submissions

  • The licence agreement is between HAC and ESA Productions 9 Pty Ltd who have agreed the terms of the licence

  • The licence is for a term and use which is in accordance with the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002.
