Notice of the minister’s decision to grant consent for a lease
To construction industry drug & alcohol foundation (cidaf) for part of building 501 in precinct four, callan park
Pursuant to section 6(6) of the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 (NSW) (the Act) the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces provides notice that consent has been granted to a lease of Building 501, Precinct Four in Callan Park to CIDAF.
The Lease is approved for the following reasons:
• HAC, the landowner, has requested that the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure through Greater Sydney Parklands facilitate the lease
• Notice has been publicly advertised in accordance with Section 6(6) and 6(6A) of the Act
• The advertisement received no submissions
• The lease agreement is between HAC and CIDAF who have agreed the terms of the licence
• The lease is for a term and use which is in accordance with the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002.
