The Bowling Green is a 1,500-capacity open space suitable for small community events and promotional activations. The venue is supported by basic facilities that provide an easy solution for organisers keen to showcase their event in a prime location.
Location
Situated in the geographical centre of Sydney Parramatta Park is well served by the main transport hubs of Parramatta (750m) and Westmead (450m) with both heavy and light rail integration.
The Bowling Green is located near the Macquarie Street Gatehouse at the corner of Pitt and Macquarie streets.
Applications must be submitted as early as possible, no later than 12 weeks for large events (generally those over 1,000 people), and 6 weeks for small events (generally those under 1,000 people).
We will conduct an internal assessment based on the information provided and will contact you to offer advice, seek further information or arrange a meeting. If it is decided to progress an event proposal beyond initial assessment, a more detailed proposal may be required.
