F3 Polo Sydney

F3 Polo brings the prestige and glamour of the modern game of polo to Centennial Parklands. This event promises a thrilling display of world-class riding and ball skills, with the arena-on-grass format delivering polo "so close it’s personal", a bold new take on the sport that’s been described as exactly what polo has been waiting for. 

Expect an unforgettable day of sport, music, fashion and food. The event will be held on Saturday 14 November 2026 from 12 pm – 7 pm at Mission Fields, Centennial Park. Limited free public spectator viewing is available in a designated area at the event.

F3 Polo Sydney event will be held at Mission Fields in Centennial Park. An event of this size requires a number of days to install and dismantle the infrastructure.

Installation will commence with the site fenced off to the public for safety reasons from Tuesday 10 November until Monday 16 November.

During the construction period, large vehicles will need to access the event site at Mission Fields. Traffic control will be in place on Grand Drive at Randwick Gates to facilitate safe vehicle movement. This may cause minor traffic delays as trucks cross Grand Drive. Please comply with Ranger directions during this time for your own safety.
 

Yes. You will still be able to access Centennial Park on the event day however you may experience traffic congestion due to increased visitors over the weekend.
 

Getting to the event
There will be parking restrictions on Parkes Drive to accommodate an event drop-off zone. We recommend planning your trip in advance and using public transport where possible. Visit transportnsw.info for public transport information.

Road closures: There are no planned road closures for this event.

Gate closures: Govett Street Gate will be closed to vehicles on Saturday 14 November 2026. Pedestrian and cyclist access will remain open.

Parking restrictions: A drop-off zone for F3 Polo will operate on Parkes Drive. Parkes Drive will remain open to through traffic.

Mobility Parking Scheme access: Unaffected.

Horse rider access: The horse track will remain open for this event. Large trucks will access Mission Fields via the service road adjacent to the Equestrian Grounds during the site occupation period, from Tuesday 10 November to Monday 16 November 2026. Riders should exercise caution when travelling through this area.

Cyclist and rollerblader access: Large trucks will access Mission Fields via the service road adjacent to the Equestrian Grounds during the site occupation period, from Tuesday 10 November to Monday 16 November 2026. Yes. Centennial Homestead, Greenhouse Café and Spruce Goose's opening hours are unaffected by this event.
 

Yes. Centennial Park Cycle will be operating as normal.
 

F3 Polo will have low-level amplified music within the hospitality marquees, as well as amplified commentary during the polo matches. Sound checks will take place from 10.30 am to 11.30 am on the day of the event, with event-related amplified sound from 12 pm to 7 pm.

The event will be managed in accordance with all relevant legislation and guidelines for amplified sound at outdoor events. You can view the Centennial Parklands Noise Management Plan for more information.
