Pursuant to section 6(6) of the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 (NSW) (the Act) notice is given of a licence proposal for Building 19 and Level 1 of Building 13/Precinct Two Kirkbride in Callan Park.
As the consent authority, the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces would like to consider any written comments regarding the proposed licence in accordance with section 6 of the Act.
The main terms of the proposed licence are as follows:
• The licence is for production accommodation wholly within Kirkbride (Precinct Two). Building 19 and Level 1 of Building 13 is requested.
• The licence will be issued by the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust. The licence agreement is between Health Administration Corporation and Lingo Platinum Productions Pty Ltd.
• A licence fee is agreed between the parties, and revenue generated will be invested into Kirkbride for ongoing and essential maintenance, compliance and projects works.
• The applicant will occupy the site for between January and May 2026.
