Pursuant to Section 6(6) of the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002 (NSW) (the Act) the Minister for Planning and Public Spaces provides notice that consent has been granted to a licence for Building 19 and Level 1 of Building 13/Precinct Two Kirkbride in Callan Park to Lingo Platinum Productions Pty Ltd.
The Licence is approved for the following reasons:
- HAC, the landowner, has requested that the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure through Greater Sydney Parklands facilitate the licence
- Notice has been publicly advertised in accordance with Section 6(6) and 6(6A) of the Act
- The advertisement received no submissions
- The licence agreement is between HAC and Lingo Platinum Productions Pty Ltd who have agreed the terms of the licence
- The licence is for a term and use which is in accordance with the Callan Park (Special Provisions) Act 2002.
