How to apply for a wedding ceremony
Step 1. Explore the locations
Browse the 9 ceremony locations and choose your preferred and alternate site.
Step 2. Plan your booking
Decide on your preferred date and time, expected number of guests, equipment or entertainment, and any suppliers you intend to use.
Step 3. Review the booking information
Read the fees and charges, frequently asked questions and ceremony terms and conditions before submitting your application.

Step 4. Submit your application
Complete the online application form with your preferred and alternate locations, proposed date and ceremony details.
Step 5. Confirm your booking
The Venue Bookings team will review your application and contact you about availability. If your application is approved, you will receive an invoice. Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.

Commercial filming and photography
Wedding and engagement photography is managed through the wedding booking process. Advertising campaigns, editorial shoots, fashion photography, filming and other commercial work require a separate application.
