Event Proposals are assessed and approved by Greater Sydney Parklands based on suitability of the proposed event towards the annual event calendar, availability of the site and organisers event management experience.

Assessment

Greater Sydney Parklands conducts an internal assessment based on the information provided and will contact you to offer advice, seek further information or arrange a meeting. If it is decided to progress an event proposal beyond initial assessment, a more detailed proposal will be required. Greater Sydney Parklands will advise you on specific details required for this proposal.
