With a capacity of 45,000 and located in the heart of Centennial Park, Brazilian Fields is Sydney’s premier outdoor green space for multistage music festivals and community events. Currently home to the Laneway Festival and the site of numerous iconic music events, it has also hosted Taste Sydney, Dinner en Blanc, and continues to welcome the popular children’s obstacle course Tuff Nutterz each July.
Highly versatile and scalable, Brazilian Fields can be configured for small through to large-scale events, making it one of the most flexible and sought-after event spaces in the city. The site is also easily accessible by public transport, including nearby light rail services, ensuring easy arrival and departure for event patrons.

Brazilian Fields is located in the heart of Centennial Parklands adjacent to Parkes Drive just south of Homestead Café.

Event applications
To apply to hold your event at this venue, complete the online application form.
Applications must be submitted as early as possible, no later than 8 months for large events.
We will conduct an internal assessment based on the information provided and will contact you to offer advice, seek further information or arrange a meeting. If it is decided to progress an event proposal beyond initial assessment, a more detailed proposal may be required.
Major event
We encourage all parties interested in hosting an outdoor event of scale in the park to consult the NSW Event Starter Guide before submitting a proposal.
